The GTAA Area 6B Parking Facility is a six level parking structure which will provide over 8,100 parking spaces. The total building area is 259,594 square metres which includes 5 suspended levels in precast, two additional levels to an existing pedestrian lobby tower and a five level suspended cast-in-place concrete structure central to the parking garage. This structure consists of an open air well which is on central axis with the tower and provides natural ventilation and orients pedestrians to and from their parked cars.

This project is scheduled for completion September 30, 2009.

Interborough Electric is proud to provide the electrical services, lightning system, emergency system, life safety system, low voltage lighting control systems, power distibution system, generation system, all rough in systems for CCTV, security and communication system and pipe tracing system on this project.

Bell's Creekbank Phase III project is a new construction office space project in Mississauga. The construction of this five-storey office building began with two levels of underground parking in August 2007.

This project institutes environmental design that includes the following landscape elements: high albedo paving, high efficiency irrigation, and dark sky compliant lighting which conform to LEED.

Interborough Electric was awarded the underground electrical services for Enersourse and for communication, as well as, temporary incoming services, parking lot lighting and the civil work for the underground services.

The Davis Campus C-Wing expansion and athletic facility, in Brampton Ontario was designed by Diamond and Schmitt. In total there was approximately 29,000 square feet of new construction added to the campus and 8000 square feet were renovated. Construction started in November 2004 and was completed in September 2005.

The new construction included the addition of a second storey to the C-Wing shop area which wrapped around the existing south and east walls. The new space is used primarily as the Advanced Manufacturing Centre, with facilities for the PC telecommunications, machine shop and systems labs. A corporate training room and faculty and administrative offices were also housed in the new addition.

South Creek Corporate Centre - New Office Building for Kolter Realty Limited - 150 Commerce Valley Drive West

Construction has been completed on the 9 storey, 222,250 square foot office building which also includes a four level parking garage with more than 850 spaces. This building is the fifth within Markham's South Creek Corporate Centre, an integrated Class A office development which will ultimately provide over one million square feet of space.

Interborough Electric is proud to have been the electrical contractor for all five office buildings and parking decks. The five locations are: 165, 55, 105, 125 and 150 Commerce Valley Drive West, Markham, Ontario.
